It's always a crapshoot whenever the new shows come out. Last season I liked Kidnapped until they ended it and the year before, I thought NBC was crazy to cancel Surface. It was so good, I just couldn't believe that they had trouble finding an audience. Last year's revolt over Jericho was interesting to watch. I didn't watch them originally because I though the show was getting canceled & didn't want to get into the story just to be left at a cliffhanger. When the Network Execs realized they were "nuts" and finally decided to bring it back, I decided to watch it.<BR/><BR/>I guess my family would rate Jericho a bit above the last few seasons of 24 & Lost and about even with Heroes first season. I like Jericho as much as I liked Firefly when it was out there. I'm not sure how I missed it to begin with, but this has turned out to be one of my favorite shows. It's very dark, but has some great characters and drama. <BR/><BR/>I'm glad to see them put it back on the air, but 7 episodes means that this one could still get canceled. I think what I like most about the show is that they take an extraordinary event and then look at what the actual response to this type of event might be. Some of the stuff in the show might seemed far fetched, but I bet it's not too far off base from what would really happen, if there was a nuclear event.
