I'm in the process of purchasing a new PC for my BeyondTV setup and I'm in a quandry. If I buy a new PC, I'll probably be stuck with Vista. I really don't want to deal with Vista for at least a few more years at best so I'll probably format the drive and install XP over it. Seems like a waste, but Vista has nothing to offer me that I want or need.
PC makers are reporting that Vista is most certainly not helping their sales based on this Gizmodo article:
